I stayed at this treehouse cottage for an extended period, and it's a home I was genuinely sad to leave. The views were immaculate, the house was comfy and inviting, and the grounds struck the perfect balance of private and surrounded by nature. As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated how secluded it felt, while still knowing the host was nearby if I ever needed anything.
The host was incredibly responsive the entire time, and everything worked great, from the kitchen appliances to having reliable hot water. The location is close to Beaver Dam Lake (highly recommend walking around it) and the nearby bird sanctuary. The cottage was surprisingly spacious and the queen bed facing window made for crazy gorgeous morning views.
Couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and regroup for a few weeks!

The cabin stay is exactly what our family of four was looking for: a retreat in nature for some relaxing. The cabin itself is so beautiful. Breathing in fresh lavender was a delight, hanging out on the back patio in the outdoor tub amongst fireflies was a treat, and the cherry on top was the farm where we could pet the goats and horse. Easy drive into downtown for some fun. And about an hour drive to gorgeous Pisgah. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay here with our family of four and honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The property was peaceful, beautiful, and such a fun experience for our kids. The goats and Molly the pony were definitely the highlight for them and made this stay feel extra special and unique compared to a typical Airbnb.
Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We’ve stayed in many mountain cabins, but this was a unique experience, the converted barn gives an almost glamping vibe but with all the amenities of a hotel. We loved the quiet, green space in the back. Very short drive into Asheville but still feels secluded.
As parents, we really appreciated how family friendly and relaxing everything was. Our kids were entertained, happy, and already asking when we can come back. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting the Asheville area.
