Can I book a vacation rental
directly with you?
Absolutely, we work through the phone (old school style). Just give us a call or text and then we will get you on the calendar OR if you don't want to go that route you are welcome to use Airbnb here are the links. Tiny Home Cottage or Barndominium Cabin
How many beds are the the barn cabin?
There are four beds. There is one queen bed in the downstairs room. There are bunk beds just outside that space and then there is also a queen sized bed in the loft room (children 7 under are not allowed in the loft alone). So all together we welcome six guests.
How many beds are in the cottage?
There are two beds. One is a queen size on the main floor and another is a full size in the loft. The full size bed in the loft is in an A frame. It is almost the size of a twin in the open area. (children 7 under are not allowed to be in the loft alone). So all together we welcome 4 guests.
Can we meet the animals?
Absolutely! We would love for you to meet them. Just let us know when you are here what your availability will be and we can see what will work for both of us to meet down at the field,
Are there any rules to be aware of?
Quiet time is to be respected 9pm-8am. There will be people that walk by from time to time. There will be no screaming, harassing or threatening tolerated ever. If the guest does not leave at check out time an additional $20 every hour past the first hour. The belongings in the space will be left as you found them. Events are allowed with prior approval from the host. Professional Photography and videography are allowed with prior approval from the host.
What time is check in and check out?
Welcome to your unique vacation rental! Check-in is available anytime after 3 PM, and check-out is anytime before 11 AM. We hope you have a fantastic stay and check out Beaverlake Bird Sanctuary while you are here. (five minutes away)
Can you tell me more about Asheville and any recommendations?
Asheville is an outdoor adventure lover's paradise. The area is home to millions of acres of forests, 40 mountain peaks above 6,000 feet and the world's third oldest river and the Appalachian Mountains are older than bones. Here in the Blue Ridge Mountains you will, of course, find favorite outdoor activities such as great hiking, biking and rafting. But Asheville is no ordinary place. Unique and unusual experiences are what the city is known for with great restaurants, art galleries, boutiques and coffee shops there are no exceptions.
